What you need to know before travelling

REMEMBER:

– The use of a mask is compulsory.

– The entry to the airport terminal is prohibited for anyone who is not traveling. Only passengers and people accompanying a passenger that needs assistance can access the terminal building.

– Passengers coming from third countries must bring to the airport the FCS health control form (download here that can be done before the trip from the website of the Ministry for Health spth.gob.es or in the mobile application.

-As of 23 November, all passengers from a country or zone of risk (except for children under 6 years old), must have a PCR or TMA for SARS-CoV-2 with a negative result, carried out in the seventy-two hous prior to arrival in Spain. - Since December 22, incoming flights from the United Kingdom are restricted, except for nationals or residents in Spain.

- Find out about the changes as of 1 January 1 2021 due to Brexit.

- Get to know the measures established by the Government of the Canary and Balearic Islands for passengers travelling to these Communities from other parts of the National territory. You can find them in the Boletín Oficial de Canarias (Official Gazette of the Canary Islands), in the press release of the Canary Government, in the Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands) and on the website of the Consejería de Salud y Consumo del Gobierno Balear (Ministry of Health and Consumption of the Balearic Government).

- Remember that you should not go to the airport or travel in case you have symptoms of illness.

- Before you come to the airport, check the health control requirements and entry documents for the country you are travelling to.
