Similarly, the Internal Code of Conduct in the Securities Market establishes the rules for the management and control of privileged information, the transparent communication of relevant information, the performance of treasury stock transactions and the detection and treatment of conflicts of interest, imposing certain requirements, limitations and prohibitions on the persons affected.
